Throw together in mini-crock (or big one if you double or triple recipe for more servings!) while fixing breakfast... crank up on HIGH and have ready by lunchtime.OR, cook on low overnight while sleeping or while at work. (This is good for breakfast too.)If preferred, puree in blender or with immersion blender.Perfect alongside a crispy gooey grilled cheese sandwich.
